This Refund Policy applies to advisory and membership services provided by Wealthguard Elite, a private membership association operating as a project of Regeneration Fund Trust ("Wealthguard Elite"). Refund terms depend on the specific program or membership you enroll in and are governed by your signed agreement, which controls in all cases. This page summarizes our general refund approach for cardholder awareness prior to purchase.
Each program or membership offered by Wealthguard Elite may have its own refund terms, timelines, and conditions. The refund terms applicable to your engagement are set forth in your signed membership or advisory agreement. If there is any conflict between this page and your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
Wealthguard Elite stands behind its advisory services. As a general matter:
Government filing fees, entity formation costs, and any separately invoiced third-party costs are not advisory fees and are non-refundable once incurred, as these are paid to outside parties on your behalf.
To request a refund, contact us in writing at [email protected] within the window specified in your agreement. Please include your name, engagement details, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
